Opus App

Opus

Social media can bring together creatives and offer a platform to share creative works. However, for creatives who would like to collaborate on projects through these platforms, there are often many hurdles such as finding the right people with the appropriate background & experience or people who would be interested in a passion project without compensation.

A social network for creatives to meet and collaborate on projects can provide a space that encourages more users to participate in collaborative projects.

Wireframes

For the mobile app design, I created wireframes to explore the user flow and layout of the features.

Usability Testing

I tested the app on users with a prototype flow to identify features that can be improved.

iPhone Prototype Usability

1

Design

The layout of the project thumbnails should include more information regarding the project roles and team.

2

Navigation

Users were able to navigate through the main flow, but some actions such as “assign tasks” were not clear.

3

Overview

The layout is user-friendly and minimal, but there should be more focus on collaboration features.
